Regular systematic examinations are primarily preventive, but they are also important for regular monitoring of a child&#8217;s growth and development. Thanks to them, the emergence of deformities can be observed, which are successfully treated in large numbers if detected in time. PU &#8220;Mega Kids&#8221; has recognized the need to provide parents and children with this type of benefit as part of our regular program, as an institution that prioritizes the health of children and their proper growth and development as the basis for a happy upbringing and a healthy childhood.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to our exceptional commitment to an individual approach to each child, high-quality equipment in the physiotherapy room, and highly educated staff, PU &#8220;Mega Kids&#8221; allows you to take preventive action against the appearance of deformities or early detection of any irregularities in the development of your little ones. The primary task of our physiotherapist is to have a positive impact on the health and proper growth and development of the child.<\/p>\n<p>Regular check-ups of children are important to prevent foot and spinal deformities.<\/p>\n<p>The review includes a detailed assessment that determines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>posture (attitude, body position)<\/li>\n<li>active and passive mobility of the spine and all joints<\/li>\n<li>weight and height measurement<\/li>\n<li>speed, agility and coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exercises from the corrective gymnastics program aim to prevent the occurrence of possible deformities and ensure the proper development of the child, directly affecting the muscles and joints, but also the organism as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>Exercises with a physiotherapist are based on the prevention and elimination of spinal deformities (exercises to correct poor posture, scoliosis, lordosis and kyphosis), lower extremities (exercises for flat feet, exercises for X and O legs), exercises to improve gross and fine motor skills of the upper extremities, breathing exercises, general fitness exercises, training in protective postures and movements in activities of daily living.<\/p>\n<p>Exercises are performed in doses according to intensity, type, and duration and can be applied preventively to prevent the development of deformities or therapeutically, if they already exist.<\/p>\n<p>The best results are obtained when the child works individually with a physiotherapist.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Note:\nA physiatrist makes the diagnosis and prescribes the type of physical therapy and medical exercises, and a physiotherapist carries out the prescribed exercises.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Working with a physiotherapist \u2013 prevention and removal of deformities The results of systematic examinations of children show that postural disorders (poor posture) and deformities of the spine and feet are increasing year by year.
