Frequently asked questions

We know how important it is to be informed, safe and at peace when choosing a space where your child spends their precious days. That’s why we’ve prepared answers to the most common questions parents ask – from organizing the day, to nutrition and adaptation, to safety and work schedules.

If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, feel free to contact us – we’re here to help.

The number of children in a group depends on age and prescribed standards. We try to keep the groups optimal, so that each child receives enough attention and space for development.

Each group has a permanent head teacher who directs and leads daily activities, monitors the children’s development, and ensures their safety and well-being. In addition to the head teacher, during the day, during periods such as preparing for sleep, eating meals, and conducting free and directed activities in the yard – an assistant educator joins in, who is available to two groups in parallel.

At morning reception and afternoon childcare, the child is picked up by educators. We try to ensure that this is most often a teacher from the child’s home group, but sometimes it may happen that another teacher takes over the child – so that all teachers can spend as much time as possible in quality and continuous work with the children within the group.

Afternoon rest is recommended for all children for rest and better functioning. However, if the child does not want to sleep, quiet activities adapted to that time of day are provided.

During the day, children participate in several different activities – usually in 5 to 6 centers of interest, depending on the plan and program being implemented that day, as well as their interests. The activities are thematically linked to the corresponding centers of interest and each center offers different content: art activities are implemented in the art center, music in the music center, speech-language activities in the language center, and role-playing in the drama center. In this way, through play and exploration, children learn and develop in a safe, joyful and stimulating environment.
