School of sports

“A healthy body – a skillful child”

Our sports school is adapted for children aged 18 months to 7 years. Classes are held in groups.

Children develop certain motor skills, children are educated about healthy eating, hygiene and the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Sports School is a program that teaches children to love physical activity from a young age and develop healthy lifestyle habits.

The sports school’s plan and program provides for the following activities:

  • basic gymnastic elements (forward and backward hoop, handstand, bridge, etc.)
  • basic elements of ball sports (basketball, volleyball, handball, football, etc.)
  • athletics (running, walking, long jump, high jump, etc.)
  • other activities (performing movements in rhythm with changing direction, etc.)

All activities are age-appropriate and are carried out through games, training grounds, competitions, and fun.

Our goal is to instill in children a love of sports and physical exercise, in addition to proper growth and development, and the development of motor skills.

At a young age, it is important to develop all motor skills equally (strength, speed, agility, coordination, explosiveness, endurance) and provide children with variety in their exercise. In this way, children are introduced to many basic sports that later serve as a good foundation for professional practice in any sport.

All lessons are divided into 4 parts:

  • Warm-up
  • Consolidation of what was learned from the previous lesson and discussion of healthy habits
  • The main part, which involves increasing physical fitness and concentration while improving motor skills
  • Relaxation and stretching of all muscle groups
